American Rapper, Big Sean, Talks About His Nigerian Roots In New Interview

American Rapper, Big Sean, in a recent interview has revealed he is “part-Nigerian”

The 30-year-old while speaking with Vibe Magazine told a story about his grandmother and when he went to see a black Santa Claus.

” I remember one time, My Aunty took Me and My Brother to see Santa Claus and Santa Claus was black, and I was like that’s not Santa Claus, then my grandma said why is that not Santa Claus and I was like because he is black, He was like Super black, you know what I mean like a Nigerian, I am Nigerian, part Nigerian” Big Sean said.

Big Sean came to Nigeria in 2012 with Idris Elba, Pusha T and Tinie Tempah to perform at the famous Koko Concert and while he was here, there was no word about him being of Nigerian descent.

He also talked about late Mac Miller in the interview and that a new music is on the way.
