Since April 2017, American media outlet Complex TV had run a YouTube series that proved to be a hit with music lovers. Everyday Struggle featured former rapper Joe Budden (who is famous not being blunt and open with his feelings) as well as music commentator DJ Akademiks.

However few days after Joe Budden welcomed a baby with his partner Cyn Satana, it appears that the network has declined to renew his contract, leading the opinionated rapper to go on a Twitter rant and vow to be back with his own show.

Confirming the development to Billboard, Complex said ‘Joe Budden is not continuing as a host on Everyday Struggle in 2018. The show will be back in the New Year with all new episodes and guests. We wish Joe all the best and thank him for a great 2017. We love and respect him; we believe he’s terrific but the reality is we couldn’t reach an agreement.
