Fan Charged With Battery After Rushing On Stage At Jay-Z And Beyonce’s Concert

The fan who infamously ran onstage at hip-hop-power couple, Jay Z and Beyonce‘s OTR II tour just to get closer to the Carters is facing legal issues.

The individual who has been identified as Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell who was immediately stopped and tackled by the security at the Atlanta concert might face grave consequences for his actions as the 26-year-old was given a citation for disorderly conduct and charged of simple battery before being released.

The prosecution must, however, prove that the defendant intended to make physical contact with the victim for the charge of simple battery to be ruled however due to videos uploaded of the incident online, it might not be hard to prove for a legal professional.

Maxwell has been treated for his injuries but it is, however, unclear whether the defendant has hired his own lawyer yet. Thankfully, no others were injured during the concert.
