The overwhelming buzz around Beyonce’s iconic Coachella performance may have caused many to not take note of Diddi Emah; Nigerian dancer who graced the stage in the course of Beyonce’s 2-hour-long set.
Emah is an entrepreneur, dancer, and singer from Akwa Ibom state in Southern Nigeria. She mounted the Coachella stage and thrilled the audience with twirling sticks as Beyonce’s choir sang her 2011 hit “Party”.
Emah shared a clip of her Coachella performance with a message of gratitude to Beyonce for giving her the opportunity to perform. She also ensured to send love to her Nigerian sister’s back home.
God bless you @beyonce!!! @jaquelknight would I have done without you? This one is for all the small girls in villages back home in Nigeria. God is alive and kicking!
