A few days ago, ‘Transactional sex’ was one of the hottest topics on Nigerian social media, stemming from a controversial statement by rapper, Falz, where he said he hated it.
The lawyer turned musician was also blasted for slut-shaming ‘Runz Girls’ on his new record, ‘Talk’ off his new ‘Moral Instruction’ album. Some critics even branded him a misogynist for not also attacking the men who employ the services of the runz girls.
The debate which has been going on for days has for popular movie Kemi Adetiba to share her two cents on it.
Adetiba in a series of messages shared on her story said that she will not be bullied to accept that what is wrong is right.
The King Of Boys producer also said she wouldn’t want anyone she knows to engage in transactional sex, hence, she won’t support it, nor respect the act, even though she respects their decisions. She, however, suggested that both the ‘transactor’ and the ‘transactee’ should be called out and both do not deserve her respect.
