In an attempt to protest against President Mohammadu Buhari’s intention to run for the second term in office in 2019, a middle-aged man, Mohammed Munlaila has decided to trek from Lagos to Abuja.

Speaking with newsmen in Lagos, Munlaila said Nigerian youths are angry with Buhari for failing the nation after three years in power. Carrying a box with the inscription “RIP APC’, Munlaila said he hopes his gesture will be appreciated by Nigerian youths by not voting for Buhari.

In 2015, another man, Suleiman Hashimu walked from Lagos to Abuja for 18 days in celebration of Buhari’s victory as president.
