Nollywood Films ‘Isoken’ and ‘Mr Gele’ Screened At The BronzeLens Film Festival In Atlanta

Jade Osiberu’s film ‘Isoken’ has been screened at the Bronzelens Film Festival, held in Atlanta on Sunday, August 19, 2018.

The event is which is the first Nollywood Screening Experience in Atlanta, was presented by Iyalode Productions, It aso featured Joseph Benjamin and Gladys Edeh’s short documentary ‘Mr Gele’ starring Segun Gele.

During the Q&A session, the moderator posed a question to the Nigerian panellists made up of Joseph Benjamin, Gladys Edeh, and Mojisola Sonoikito, CEO of Iyalode Productions if they thought a Nollywood film will ever win an Oscar. “Ahan, of course…”, they all chorused as Joseph Benjamin went further to say that Nollywood industry is getting better and in time, it would compete for the prestigious award.
