Virgil Abloh’s streetwear brand Off-White has been named the most popular fashion brand in the world.
Off-White climbed up 33 spots to beat Gucci and Balenciaga as number 1. The rise is due to Off-White’s collaboration with Nike and IKEA which also made the founder of the label, Virgil Abloh get the spot of Artistic Director for Louis Vuitton.
The list was compiled by Lyst Index, a quarterly fashion index that ranks fashion brands. Gucci and Balenciaga took the second and third spots while Nike rose 5 spots to be number 4 and Prada came fifth.
Phyno has been nominated in the ‘Best Rap single’ and ‘Lyricist on the Roll’ at The Headies and he wants everyone to know he’s worth the nods.
Phyno has an edge over most of his peers – Why? He produces his own beats and patterns his style around it. And he does it again on ‘Ghost mode‘, featuring Olamide. While Phyno flips back and forth in English and Ibo language, YBNL rapper OLamide flips his annoyingly brilliant Yoruba lingo.
Catch line – ‘Same chick I used to tell ‘you look like Genevieve/is now looking at my face and asking ‘you f****g Genevieve?”.

Nike’s success was attributed to their partnership with Off-White, Serena Williams iconic tutu and Colin Kaepernick’s campaign.
