For event centres especially in Nigeria’s entertainment capital, Lagos, December is usually the high point of their businesses as it is the season of concerts, festivals et al.
The famous Eko Convention Centre – a magnificent multipurpose hall located in the heart of Lagos Island is the most sought-after event centre during the festive season perhaps because of its capacity and top-notch facilities. For concerts, Eko Hotel is able to accommodate as much as 5,000 people, and it offers additional services like lighting and catering.
By standard, it costs around 20 million naira to book the venue for 24 hours and this is inclusive of their stage lighting package. Multiplying that by the number of events that have held and are soon to hold at the Eko Convention Centre this December, the venue will gulp about 180 million naira.
Here is a list of their December 2018 events: Spice Honours ft Asa, Wande Coal’s Concert, Wizkid VIP Experience, Rhythm Unplugged, Bobby Brown In Lagos, Olamide Live, Burna Boy Live, Warri Again and Crown and Sexy Concert.
