22-year-old Michael Boatwright who was arrested as the second suspect in Florida rapper, XXXTentacion‘s murder and believed to be the shooter has demanded that prosecutors give his legal team all the evidence they have against him in order to establish his innocence.
Boatwright was first arrested for an unrelated drug offence but was served with a warrant on July 10 while in custody for first-degree murder. That didn’t sit well with the 22-year-old and so wants prosecutors to hand over all the evidence they have against him in the XXXTentacion murder case, including a list of the witnesses.
According to TheBlast report- He also wants to know if there was any electronic surveillance, including wire-tapping, of his home or any conversations he was a party to previously. Boatwright wants all documents relating to any wiretaps and if police obtained his cell phone records, he wants those turned over.
July 18th will mark the one month anniversary of XXXTentacion gruesome murder.
