It just won’t go away for R&B singer, Usher, and we are not just referring to him supposedly having herpes.

A woman, Quantasia Sharpton, has now come forward to allege that the ‘Let It Burn’ singer violated her by not letting her know he allegedly has the virus.

According to her at a press conference in New York, she was at one of his concerts to celebrate her birthday with friends when she was ‘selected’ to go backstage.

She went on to say one of his security picked her up and told her Usher had seen her while backstage and would like to hook up.

The security got her number and later on, she and Usher met at a hotel where she says they had sex without letting her know of any STDs he may have had.

Sharpton appeared at the press conference with lawyer, Lisa Bloom, who stated she would be filing a lawsuit on behalf of two women and a man who claim to have had sexual contact with Usher.

Bloom says the lawsuit is aimed at compelling Usher to reveal whether he has herpes or not before having sex with any other person in future.

The lawyer also said one of the accuser’s lab results for herpes returned positive, though, refused to mention if it was as a result of sexual contact with Usher.

Usher meanwhile has not confirmed or deny he has the virus, while his wife reportedly stated she is not bothered by news about the singer having the disease.
